Deliveries & Returns
1. Delivery
Every order is shipped Monday – Friday (exc. Bank or Public Holidays) using a Tracked Delivery Service. We offer complimentary standard shipping on all order over £100.
We aim to dispatch in stock (non-custom) items within 24hrs.
2. Exchange
We understand that sometimes mistakes are made, and if you feel the size isn’t right for you, we are happy for you to exchange that item in a different size. You must notify us of the exchange within 14 days from the moment you have received your order.
If you do need to make an exchange, please contact us at info@eternalsunshine.co.uk and we shall provide instructions on how to proceed. Please note; If your order was a custom order, it cannot be exchanged.
We do not offer free returns, meaning you will have to bear the cost of postage both ways. For more information please refer to our Terms & Conditions.
3. Returns
We are happy for customers to return purchased items within 14 days from the day the order was received. Please contact us at info@eternalsunshine.co.uk for instructions on how to arrange a return. Please only return unused items. Any Item with signs of wear/usage will not be accepted.
You must return the product(s) to us, at your own cost, within 14 days of notifying us of your intention to cancel/return. My Eternal Sunshine Ltd will not cover the cost of return postage.
Returns that arrive damaged will not be accepted. Please ensure that you package the product(s) carefully for transit. For your own assurance, we recommend using a tracked courier service, with additional insurance if items are over £99.
