Although we only ever use the highest quality gemstones and materials, our bracelets are not unbreakable! The following guidelines will help to ensure your new bracelet lives a long and happy life...
Putting Them On
Our beaded bracelets should be rolled gently onto the wrist, to avoid over stretching.
Taking Them Off
We recommend removing your bracelet(s) before swimming, bathing, showering and using hot tubs. Chlorine and salt water can damage the beads and weaken the elastic cord. Over time, contact with water, soaps and creams will weaken the elastic, therefore we advise removing before washing hands.Â
What to Avoid
Please avoid spraying perfumes or using moisturising lotions on or around the beads, we recommend putting the bracelet on after application.
It’s a good idea to remove your bracelet(s) before working out or playing sports. Sweat can tarnish the gemstones and signature silver beads, whilst sporting activities (and playing fetch with your pup) could send your bracelet flying – Best to remove!
Avoid leaving your bracelet in direct sunlight for too long. Prolonged exposure can cause the silver to oxidise and darken – a natural process. We would recommend using a jewellery case, or your Eternal Sunshine travel pouch for storage, etc.

Our Promise to You
Should your beaded bracelet break within the first three months of ownership we will restring it for you, free of charge. All we ask is that you cover the cost of postage, and do your best to follow the guidelines above. Carefully package your beads, including your signature bead and send to our workshop. We aim to restring and return within five days of receiving them.
