Mandarin Essential Oil is often thought to have the sweetest aroma
It is good for helping relieve the symptoms of PMT, having an overall soothing and calming effect and helping to lift low mood and anxiety. It’s cheerful aroma helps lift low mood and depression.
This essential oil has sedative properties. Due to this, it may be used to help reduce feelings of stress or anxiety.
Vetivert essential oil is renowned for its ability to calm and soothe the mind, helping to dispel anger and irritability. It is extremely useful in aiding the recovery from mental or physical exhaustion and for coping with fear and anxiety. Vetivert is also a great hormonal balancer and can be very helpful for PMS and other menstrual problems.
As soon as anxiety begins to bubble up inside, take yourself to a place where you feel comfortable and place both feet firmly on the ground. Take a deep breath in, inhaling calm and exhaling panic. Repeat this three times.
Visualise yourself in tranquil woodland, with your bare feet firmly touching the ground. Imagine that your body is a tree, with the roots descending from your feet holding you down, securely, into the middle of the earth. Visualise yourself being surrounded by a bright white light. The light is providing you with a cloak of protection.
Hold your necklace up towards your nose, and using the 4-7-8 breathing technique; take a deep breath in for 4 seconds, hold for 7 seconds, and breath out for 8 seconds. As you breath out imagine you are exhaling all of the anxiety within you.
As you practice this technique try adding the following affirmations…
