Reiki Level 4 | The Fourth Degree
From Mastery to Teaching
The progression from Reiki Master Practitioner (Level 3) to Reiki Master Teacher (Level 4) is not automatic and involves more than just advanced training. It requires a demonstrated commitment to Reiki’s principles, effective practice as a healer, and a desire to spread the knowledge and practice of Reiki.
This level is specifically geared towards those who wish to teach Reiki to others. It includes comprehensive training on how to give attunements for all levels of Reiki, from Level 1 to Master level.
Master Teachers are trained how to develop and structure courses for their students. This includes creating detailed lesson plans, managing classes, and understanding the educational flow of Reiki training.
As a Master Teacher, one is expected to lead by example, demonstrating a high level of integrity, understanding, and commitment to the principles of Reiki. This level often includes training in ethics, communication, and community building.
While the focus might shift towards teaching, personal development remains a crucial aspect of this level. Master Teachers are expected to continue their personal Reiki practice, constantly seeking to deepen their understanding and connection to the universal life force energy.
